Installation of Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV)
Our experience team have been installing LEV system for chemical laboratories for over 25 years. We work closely with registered industrial hygienist to ensure all systems we install falls in accordance to regulatory requirement by Malaysian DOE and DOSH.
The LEV we install Includes fume hoods, canopy hoods, capturing hoods, downdraft hoods, blowers, ducts, dust & chemical filters, fume scrubbers and exhaust stack.
We have specialised LEV components that can deal with explosive chemicals, hydrofluoric acids, perchloric acids, high temperature chemical fumes.

Installation of lead lined rooms
Due to its excellent radiation shielding properties, lead is often used to shield specific rooms, enclosure or workspace from harmful radiation that certain machine or equipment emits.
We installed lead sheets, lead lined plywood/gypsum sheet, leaded glass panel, lead lined doors and lead lined portable partitions.

Process gas leakage is dangerous and more and more high end industries are using gases that may cause poisoning, affixation and explosion. We install gas detectors for these gases that warn uses of potential leakage. Well selected, installed and maintained system saves lives.
